We always ship as soon as possible, usually same day that payment is received or next day. With larger orders it could take as long as 3 days because each doll is trimmed and packed by me to assure the highest quality is going out to you, the customer. We charge the exact shipping charge plus the cost of our packing materials is some cases. We do not charge a handling fee. If the shipping charges are incorrect, we will refund the difference if it is an overcharge and pay the difference if it is an undercharge. We also combine shipping if you buy multiple products. We want you the customer to have a "5 STAR" experience shopping with us.
Returns and refunds Since we guarantee your satisfaction, all returns are accepted. Please contact us first so we are expecting the package. Then repackage the item carefully and ship it back in any way that is easiest for you. You are responsible for these shipping charges. Once it arrives, we will inspect it, and if it is in its original condition, we will then refund the price paid, minus shipping. Your refund will be made in the same manner in which it was paid. PayPal refund for PayPal payment, or merchant credit cards. Please keep in mind, that the item must get to us in it's original condition and within 30 days of purchase for us to be able to honor the refund policy.
